The Situation: ATW Miller Group

In 2010 after a long career in the commercial banking field, Todd Miller, principle of ATW Miller Group decided it was time to establish his own consultancy firm, specializing in helping businesses and small community banks navigate SBA lending. He turned to 44º North for help in establishing his brand and his business.

How did 44º North help?

Out of the gate, 44º North assisted in developing a marketing and communication plan to launch the new business. Brand identity was developed as well as sales collateral and a website. In addition, 44º North managed and coordinated photography and communication about the new endeavor. Advertising was placed and managed in local business media featuring the principal, and the services offered. In 2015 a new and expanded website was developed with additional services and in 2020, it was again expanded with added services and partner relationships. In addition to the print collateral and website, 44º North has developed educational presentation materials for the client. 

Outcome:

In 2015 the principal’s wife, a CPA joined the firm to offer consultancy services, and assist with review of SBA loan applications. She also provides onsite accounting and bookkeeping services to a wide-ranging cache of clients. ATW Miller Group has seen steady and measured growth since its launch in 2010. Our relationship continues today.
