The Situation: Health Care Credit Union

When HCCU contacted 44º North, they were in the process of opening up their charter and looking for growth in membership, and profitability. Our firm became their contracted marketing department in the fall of 2018. Prior to opening their charter, the credit union had never aggressively marketed their products and services to the general public.

How did 44º North help?

Our team identified the initial needs and then what would be needed ongoing. Our initial services included redesigning all sales collateral, such as forms, promotional materials, business cards, and interior signage. We have established a branded look for the credit union allowing it to be more recognizable in the market. In addition, we established a conservative marketing plan to increase awareness and drive more potential members to them. We have managed and executed the marketing plan with in-house promotions, direct advertising, and a social media marketing campaigns.

Outcome:

In one year, Health Care Credit Union’s realized a 13% growth in new members and services provided. We continue to provide ongoing marketing services.
